Be sure to advise Santa Wright or Gordon Ruoff of the correct spelling of the person's name that is to be printed on the Certificate of Appreciation. Please advise Santa or Gordon of the speaker's name at least two weeks in advance, and any changes in the schedule at least one week in advance! Please ask your speaker to prepare remarks to last no longer than 20 to 25 minutes to allow time for questions. Speakers will be introduced at approximately 8:00 AM. The meeting will adjourn at 8:30 AM as many members must leave for work. |
